What was broken
Opportunity
Tutoring businesses often stitch together scheduling tools, chat apps, and spreadsheets. Students and parents struggle to book and attend consistently; teachers lack a single place to run lessons; admins lose visibility across the operation.
TutorExpertz needed an end-to-end product: discovery and booking, trial sessions, advanced scheduling, parent-managed accounts, real-time communication, secure files, and push notifications—delivered across mobile, web, and an admin dashboard.

Approach
We engineered the full TutorExpertz stack as one ecosystem rather than separate apps with fragile handoffs. Class booking and trials, scheduling, and parent accounts form the operational core.
Real-time chat, secure file sharing, and push notifications keep lessons and prep connected. Mobile apps and web cover learners and teachers; the admin dashboard gives operators control over the whole system.
The experience was designed so finding a tutor, booking, attending, and managing ongoing schedules feel like one journey for every role.
