Engagement flow

01 Discovery

Mapped the delivery loop across customer, restaurant branch, order, and rider. Prioritized proximity, live status, and dependable tracking as non-negotiables for Kuwait operations.

02 Architecture

Designed maps-led discovery, multi-branch order routing, websocket tracking, and order-state progression as a single realtime system.

03 Build

Implemented Google Maps experiences, multi-restaurant ordering, live states, route views, and socket-powered rider tracking in the mobile product.

04 Launch

Delivered a production delivery journey where customers stay informed from nearby restaurant to approaching rider.

01

What was broken

Opportunity

Food delivery fails when coordination lags. Hero Deliver had to align customers, multi-branch restaurants, orders, and riders in a market where proximity and timing define trust.

The product needed location-aware discovery, dependable order state progression, route visualization, and realtime rider tracking—so every stage felt immediate rather than opaque.

02

What we built

Approach

We built a mobile experience centered on Google Maps location intelligence and multi-branch ordering so customers find nearby restaurants and place orders with geographic context.

Live order states and socket-powered rider tracking keep the journey transparent. Route visualization helps customers understand progress without constant support pings.

The system was designed for multi-restaurant operations—not a single-kitchen demo—so nearby branches, orders, and riders stay coordinated through one realtime flow.

03

Why it matters

Impact

Customers move from nearby restaurant discovery to live tracking in one location-aware journey.

Operators get a delivery product built for multi-branch reality and realtime rider coordination in Kuwait.
